Our Mission

Phase 1

For those training in the off-season of a sport, supplementing your in-season training, or just looking to grow on a personal level, this is a great opportunity for all. Our athlete performance training is for those individuals who are looking to put in the extra work to better themselves mentally and physically. Training is guided and mentored by trainers that are ISSA or NASM certified with a strong understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology. All trainers have gained their experience through years of playing and coaching sports, through individual and group training, and by participating in related events.

Phase II

Overview: This is a great class for the athletes who have built the foundations in their biomechanics and have re-wired their neuromuscular systems or feel comfortable with their current mechanics and are ready for the next step. 8 Weeks of building strength and converting it into power through plyometrics, this class will up your level of power through all planes of movement and allow you to take your game to the next level.

Group Training

Through group training, we can continue to nurture the group dynamic, encouraging an understanding of comradery, while raising the overall speed, strength, and fitness level of the individual, through healthy peer-driven growth.
